摘要
房屋建筑施工质量的好坏很大层面影响着居民的人身安全,房屋建筑施工的情况必然也将越来越受到关注,进行专业的设计、施工,换来的是大众一致的好评,也能让建筑企业在房屋建筑行业占据一席之地。本文针对现代房屋建筑质量通病的原因进行分析,并从多个方面给出改良建议,给建筑企业提供参考,以减少房屋建筑施工质量通病,提升建筑企业整体施工质量,减少居民居住隐患,提高居民幸福指数。
The quality of housing construction has a great impact on the personal safety of residents,housing construction will inevitably be more and more attention,professional design,construction,in return for the public is consistent praise,but also let the construction enterprises in the housing construction industry to occupy a place.In this paper,the causes of common problems in modern housing construction quality are analyzed,and improvement Suggestions are given from various aspects to provide reference for construction enterprises,so as to reduce common problems in housing construction quality,improve the overall construction quality of construction enterprises,reduce residents’hidden troubles,and improve residents’happiness index.
