摘要
新生代农民工已然成为农民工群体的主力军。新生代农民工与老一代农民工在人生观、恋爱观、价值观等方面表现了独特的"新"特征。但中国城乡二元体制却在改革中成为了农民工融入城市发展的主要障碍。基于新制度经济学视角下,对新生代农民工的个人发展深入探讨,结合政府、组织化主体、群体个人提出相应策略,以促进新生代农民工找到个人发展的出路。
The new generation of migrant workers has become the main force of migrant workers.The new generation of migrant worker and the older generation of migrant worker have highlighted their unique"new"characteristics in terms of outlook on life,love,and values.Combining with the special stage of poverty alleviation and tackling the current situation,the investigation and analysis of the living conditions of the new generation of migrant workers,are combined with the government.The organizations will propose effectively countermeasures by themselves.On new institutional economics,they can improve the better life of the new generation of migrant workers from some systems and institutions.
