摘要
电动汽车接入配电网以后,其充电行为增加了配电网负荷水平的不确定性,并且其作为储能电源在向电网提供能量的同时,直接造成传统的辐射状无源配电网中存在电源。为了分析这种影响,提出了一种考虑电动汽车充放电影响的配电网风险评估方法。首先介绍了传统的配电网风险评估理论;然后重点分析了电动汽车充电负荷模型与放电模型;最后应用测试系统验证了所提方法的有效性,包括可放电电动汽车数量与电动汽车充电负荷位置对配电网风险水平的影响,所得结论能够为配电网负荷规划与电动汽车充电站选址提供参考数据。
Within the electric car assess into distribution system,its random charging enhances the uncertainty of distribution system load level and as an energy storage battery it could provide power for distribution network in case of outage which causes traditional radiated distribution network to contain power source.Then a risk assessment method for distribution system considering the Influence of electric car charging and discharging is proposed to analyze the effect.First of all,it gives an outline for original risk assessment method of distribution system and the emphasis is on probability model of electric car charging and discharging.Finally,a testing system is adopted to certify the effectiveness and the effect of number of electric car which could discharge for distribution system and location of electric car charging station on risk indices are totally analyzed.The results could offer reference for load planning and site selection of charging station.
