摘要
此次新冠疫情对企业危机管理能力是一个重大挑战。通过对后疫情时期进行分析,结合国内外学者的相关学术研究成果,剖析疫情危机的发展阶段,划分出此次疫情下企业危机管理阶段,并结合各阶段特征,为物流企业危机管理能力的提升提供对策建议。
The COVID-19 Pandemic poses a major challenge to the crisis management ability of enterprises.In this paper,through an analysis of the post-Pandemic era,and in light of the relevant academic research findings of domestic and foreign scholars,we looked at the development stage of the epidemic crisis,divided the stages of the crisis management of Pandemic-affected enterprises,and in connection with the characteristics of each stage,provided some recommendations and suggestions to improve the crisis management ability of the logistics enterprises.
