摘要
以物料搬运流程为对象,研究了基于PLC与工业机器人的物料输送系统,解决了传统设备稳定性差、自动化程度低的问题,大大提升了设备的自动化水平与生产效率。首先分析了物料输送的工艺流程,再以汇川H2U PLC与ABB工业机器人为控制核心,设计了物料输送智能系统,并给出具体的硬件组成与软件设计。实验表明:该系统能自动完成送料与下料等过程,且简易又高效,具有良好的应用前景。
Taking the material handling process as the object,the material conveying system based on PLC and industrial robot is studied,which solves the problems of poor stability and low automation of traditional equipment,and greatly improves the automation level and production efficiency of the equipment.First,the process flow of material transportation is analyzed,and then with Inovance H2U PLC and ABB industrial robots as the control core,the material transportation intelligent system is designed,and the specific hardware composition and software design are given.Experiments show that the system can automatically complete the feeding and unloading processes,is simple and efficient,and has a good application prospect.
