基于Mitsubishi PLC的多段式智能分拣系统的设计

摘要 产品分拣是生产流水线的重要一环,传统制造业领域多采用人力资源来完成这道工序,难以适应其智能化转型升级的需要。提出了一种基于Mitsubishi PLC的多段式智能化分拣系统的设计方法,从其整体布局、硬件选型、软件设计及其控制功能的实现等方面进行分析,系统可根据金属工件尺寸的大、中、小进行分类,在计数后分别装箱;对非金属工件可进行筛选,并直接向后输送。所设计的多段式智能分拣系统具有动作灵敏、运行可靠等特点,可推动传统生产流水线逐步实现智能化转型升级。 Product sorting is an important part of the production line.The traditional manufacturing industry mostly uses human resources to complete this process,which is difficult to meet the needs of its intelligent transformation and upgrading.A design method of multi-stage intelligent sorting system based on Mitsubishi PLC is proposed.It is analyzed from the overall layout,hardware selection,software design and realization of its control function.It can be classified according to the large,medium and small sizes of metal workpieces,and packed respectively after counting.Non-metallic workpieces can be screened and transported directly backwards.The designed multi-stage intelligent sorting system has the characteristics of sensitive action and reliable operation,which can promote the traditional production line to gradually realize the intelligent transformation and upgrading.
