摘要
目的:了解目前云南省三级甲等医院高职业压力科室护士职业压力现状。方法:抽取云南省三级甲等医院高职业压力科室313名护士进行职业压力目录问卷(OSI-R)调查。结果:多元回归分析显示,云南省三级甲等医院高职业压力科室护士职业任务的两个主要影响因素为职务(P<0.05)与工作年限(P<0.05);个体紧张反应的主要影响因素为学历(P<0.05)、职称(P<0.01)及日平均工作时间(P<0.01);个体应变能力的主要影响因素为日平均工作时间(P<0.01)。结论:云南省三级甲等医院高职业压力科室的护士面临较重的职业压力,有必要从医院管理的角度采取措施,降低其职业压力。
Objective:To understand the status quo of occupational stress of nurses in high occupational stress departments of third grade A hospitals in Yunnan province.Methods:A total of 313 nurses from the high occupational stress department of third grade A hospitals in Yunnan province were surveyed using the Occupational Stress Inventory Questionnaire(OSI-R).Results:Multivariate regression analysis showed that the two main influencing factors of occupational role of nurses in high occupational stress departments of third grade A hospitals in Yunnan province were position(P<0.05)and working years(P<0.05);the main influencing factors of personal strain were educational background(P<0.05),professional title(P<0.01)and average daily working hours(P<0.01);the main influencing factor of personal resources was average daily working hours(P<0.01).Conclusions:The nurses in the high occupational stress departments of third grade A hospitals in Yunnan province had stronger occupational pressure.It was necessary to take measures from the perspective of hospital management to reduce their occupational pressure.
