摘要
目的探讨前列腺增生手术与非手术患者尿路感染的病原菌分布及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法通过回顾性分析方法,对某医院前列腺增生合并尿路感染检测结果进行统计分析。结果非手术组中有留置导尿、留置导尿> 5 d、住院时间> 7 d与手术组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。非手术组与手术组中病原菌分布中检出率最高的为大肠埃希菌,其耐药性比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。共检出3株耐碳青霉烯类菌株,对氨苄西林的耐药率> 90.00%。粪肠球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺耐药率均为0.00%。结论前列腺增生手术与非手术患者并发尿路感染病原菌分布无差异,大肠埃希菌检出率最高,耐药性严重,需根据药物敏感试验合理选用抗菌药物。
Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria of urinary tract infection in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and non-surgical patients,so as to provide basis for the rational use of antibacterial drugs.Methods By retrospective analysis,the detection results of prostatic hyperplasia with urinary tract infection in a hospital were statistically analyzed. Results There was statistical significance on the differences in indwelling catheterization,indwelling catheterization > 5 d,and hospitalization stay > 7 d between the non-surgery group and the surgery group( P < 0. 05).There was no statistical significance on the difference between the non-surgery group and the surgery group in the highest detection rate of Escherichia coli and its drug resistance( P > 0. 05). A total of 3 carbapenem resistant strains were detected,and the drug resistance rate to ampicillin was > 90. 00%. The drug resistance rate of Enterococcus faecalis to vancomycin and linezolid was 0. 00%. Conclusion There is no difference in the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients with urinary tract infection between operation and non operation. The detection rate of Escherichia coli is the highest,and the drug resistance is serious.
