摘要
以水杨酸到阿司匹林再到长效缓释阿司匹林及复合药物的合成为历史脉络,基于药物发展的真实情境,以驱动发展历史的问题为线索,在不断地解决问题中推进教学内容,既落实了有机合成路线设计的教学内容,又使学生理解了基于分子结构修饰合成新药物的思想,拓展了学生视野,使学生在真实情境下通过真实问题的解决,体会有机合成的重要作用。
Based on the development history of aspirin, this paper explores the evolution history from salicylic acid to aspirin to long-term sustained-release aspirin and composite drugs. Based on the real situation of the development history of drugs, taking the problem driving this development as the clue, it promotes the teaching content in the continuous problem-solving, not only implements the design of organic synthesis route, but also enables students to understand that based on the idea of molecular structure modification for the preparation of new drugs broadens students’ vision and plays an important role in organic synthesis in solving real situations and real problems.
