摘要
目的分析核磁共振对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法将蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的膝关节半月板损伤患者81例作为研究对象,所有患者均接受核磁共振检查,并以关节镜检查为金标准,对核磁共振的诊断准确率进行分析。结果核磁共振检查膝关节半月板损伤Ⅰ度的检出率为28.40%、Ⅱ度的检出率为58.02%、Ⅲ度的检出率为13.58%,与关节镜的检查结果相符,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论核磁共振能够准确诊断膝关节半月板损伤情况,对疾病的治疗和预后具有积极作用,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To analyze the value and safety of magnetic resonance in meniscal injury of knee joint.Methods Eighty-one patients with knee meniscus injury treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The time period from January 2018 to December 2019 was selected.All patients underwent magnetic resonance examination,and the diagnostic accuracy of magnetic resonance was analyzed with arthroscopy as the gold standard.Results The detection rates of degree I,II and III were 28.40%,58.02%and 13.58%respectively,which were consistent with the results of arthroscopy.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with knee meniscus injury can be accurately diagnosed by magnetic resonance examination,which has a positive effect on the treatment and prognosis of the disease,and magnetic resonance examination is a noninvasive examination with high safety,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
