MRI检查与CT检查诊断膝关节损伤的临床效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究MRI诊断方法及CT诊断方法运用在膝关节损伤患者临床诊断中的效果和意义。方法将2016年7月至2019年2月诊断的25例膝关节损伤患者作为研究对象。对所有患者开展关节镜诊断、MRI诊断、CT诊断,分析患者采取不同诊断方法的诊断结果。结果关节镜诊断结果显示,关节腔积液占36.00%(9/25),半月板受损占32.00%(8/25),骨质改变占16.00%(4/25),韧带受损占16.00%(4/25)。MRI诊断结果显示,关节腔积液者呈现出长T1信号与长T2信号;半月板受损者呈现出三角型高信号;骨质改变者呈现出T1加权成像(T1WI)高信号、T2加权成像(T2WI)低信号;韧带受损者呈现出T1加权成像(T1WI)混杂信号、T2加权成像(T2WI)高信号。采取MRI诊断方法的膝关节损伤总体检出合计率(100.00%)与关节镜(100.00%)的比较,差异无统计学意义,采取关节镜诊断方法的膝关节损伤总体检出合计率明显高于CT(88.00%)(X^2=12.766,P=0.000),膝关节损伤患者采取MRI诊断方法的总体检出合计率明显高于CT诊断方法(X^2=12.766,P=0.000)。结论对膝关节损伤患者实行MRI诊断的效果比CT诊断更优,诊断准确性更高,可以将膝关节损伤相关病变及时检出,有助于膝关节损伤患者的临床尽早治疗。 Objective To study the effect and significance of MRI diagnosis method and CT diagnosis method in clinical diagnosis of knee joint injury patients.Methods 25 patients with knee injury diagnosed from July 2016 to February 2019 were used as research data.All patients underwent arthroscopic diagnosis,MRI diagnosis,CT diagnosis,and the diagnosis results of different diagnostic methods were analyzed.Results Arthroscopic diagnosis showed that the joint cavity effusion accounted for 36.00%(9/25),the meniscus damage accounted for 32.00%(8/25),the bone change accounted for 16.00%(4/25),and the ligament was damaged 16.00%(4/25).The results of MRI diagnosis showed that the long-term T1 signal and the long T2 signal were present in the joint cavity effusion.The triangular meniscus showed a triangular high signal;the bone changer showed T1 weighted imaging(T1WI)high signal,T2 weighted imaging(T2WI)low signal;ligament-impaired patients showed T1 weighted imaging(T1WI)promiscuous signals,T2 weighted imaging(T2WI)high signals.The overall detection rate of knee joint injury by MRI diagnosis method(100.00%)compared with arthroscopic diagnosis method(100.00%),there was not significant difference,total examination of knee joint injury by arthroscopic diagnosis.The total combined rate was significantly higher than the CT diagnosis method(88.00%)(X^2=12.766,P=0.000).The overall detection rate of patients with knee joint injury using MRI diagnosis method was significantly higher than that of CT diagnosis method(X^2=12.766,P=0.000).Conclusion The effect of MRI diagnosis in patients with knee joint injury is better than that of CT diagnosis,and the diagnostic accuracy is higher.The knee joint injury related lesions can be detected in time,which is helpful for the early treatment of patients with knee joint injury.
