摘要
随着城市快速化发展与后疫情时代的到来,公共健康问题受到越来越多的关注。众多研究表明城市公园环境对公共健康具有积极作用,在城市公园更新过程中,充分考虑城市公园的健康价值与效益,有利于城市公园的高效利用与可持续发展。通过层次分析法(AHP),建立起以自然要素等4个方面与植物多样性等16个要素指标因子为核心的城市公园健康效益要素指标体系,并确立各指标因子权重。以重庆九曲河公园为例,以健康为导向,结合城市公园的特征,关注使用者多维度的健康需求,从健康效益要素评价、健康服务空间改造与健康生活引导计划3个方面建立健康导向下的城市公园更新策略体系。
With the rapid development of cities and the advent of the post-epidemic era,more and more attention is paying to public health issues.Numerous studies have shown that the environment of urban parks has a positive effect on public health.In this paper,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to establish the index system of urban park health benefit factors,which was based on 4 aspects such as natural factors and 16 factors such as plant diversity,and the weight of each index factor was established.Taking Jiuqu River Park in Chongqing as an example,this paper takes health as the orientation,combines the characteristics of urban parks,pays attention to the multi-dimensional health needs of users,and establishes a health-oriented urban park renewal strategy system from three aspects:evaluation of health benefit elements,transformation of health service space and healthy life guidance plan.
