摘要
以苹果树为观赏对象,选取人体脑波作为评价指标,定量研究室外果园内苹果树盛花季节,叶子和花朵的观赏对人体脑波的影响。结果表明:(1)观赏有花和仅有叶苹果树时,β波对人影响的时间较闭眼状态下均显著增长(P<0.01),midα波对人影响的时间均显著变短(P<0.01);观花时,midα波作用于人脑的时间比观叶时显著增长(P<0.05)。男性观花时midα波占优势的时间比观叶时显著增长(P<0.05)。(2)观叶时,β波幅值平均值较闭眼状态显著升高(P<0.01),midα波显著降低(P<0.05);观花时,β波幅值平均值较闭眼时显著升高(P<0.01);观花时midα脑波幅值平均值比观叶时显著升高(P<0.05),但无显著性别差异。(3)不同样本3种观赏状态的放松程度依次为,总体样本:闭眼>观花>观叶;女性:闭眼>观花、观叶;男性:闭眼>观花>观叶。(4)在三种观赏状态下,β波总量和midα波总量均呈显著线性关系。
