摘要
以腈纶废胶块为原料,将其碎化后以水浸泡预处理,建立废胶块水解-氨气吹脱工艺,探索以浸泡液与水解产物的混合液制备水泥密封剂,实现腈纶废胶块的绿色资源化目的。经过实验研究得到优化水解工艺:原料质量配比m(PAN)∶m(NaOH)∶m(H_(2)O)为1∶0.4∶6,反应温度90℃,水解时间3 h,水解液的pH约为13,水泥密封剂组成为稀释一倍的50%水解液+1%甲基硅酸钠+5%三乙醇胺+废胶块浸泡液。
The acrylic fiber waste rubber block is crushed and pretreated with water soaking to establish a waste rubber block hydrolysis-ammonia blowing process to explore the use of a mixture of soaking liquid and hydrolysate to prepare cement sealant so as to realize green recycling of acrylic fiber waste rubber blocks.The experimental research concluded the optimized hydrolysis process:the ratio of raw materials m(PAN)∶m(NaOH)∶m(H_(2)O)is 1∶0.4∶6,the reaction temperature is 90℃,the hydrolysis time is 3 h,the pH value of the hydrolyzate is about 13,and the cement sealant is composed of 50%hydrolyzed solution+1%sodium methyl silicate+5%triethanolamine+waste rubber block soaking solution.
