摘要
应用红外光谱仪、元素分析仪、比表面分析仪等对基体聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维及其部分水解PAN-COOH型离子交换纤维进行了表征,讨论了影响基体PAN纤维强度的主要因素和碱性条件下的水解反应.获得了干态水解PAN纤维的性能指标:强度8.3 cN/dtex,交换容量0.26 mmol/g,BET比表面积为0.58 m2/g的PAN-COOH型离子交换纤维,并较为详细地讨论了该纤维氰基转化成羧基的比率,羧基在纤维表面的排列及最大水解量.
Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer, elemental analyzer and specific surface area analyzer etc. were utilized to characterize the base PAN (polyacrylonitrile) fiber and its partially hydrolyzed PAN-COOH fiber. The main factors that can affect the strength of base PAN fiber and how its hydrolysis reaction happened in alkaline conditions were discussed. The acidic form hydrolyzed PAN-COOH fiber, having characteristics (on dry basis) strength 9.6 cN/dtex, capacity 0.26 mmol/ g, BET area 0.58 m^2/g, was prepared. Its production rate from --CN to --COOH, the ways groups of --COOH lining on the surface of the fiber and the possible maximum amounts of --COOH were discussed in detail.
