摘要
数字经济下,传统行业中在位企业需要不断地进行面向数字化的战略更新,以应对竞争环境带来的挑战。然而,在位企业如何构建能力进行数字化战略更新的问题还未得到很好的解答。本文通过对24个案例的质性元分析研究,识别出驱动在位企业数字化战略更新的两类能力,即动态能力和运营能力。前者强调能力的重构和动态性,后者强调能力的维持和稳定性。进一步地,从能力的构成要素和来源方面探究能力的形成机制和过程,剖析了不同类型能力背后的构成要素。
In the digital economy,incumbents in traditional industries need to constantly renew their digital oriented strategies to meet the challenges brought by the competitive environment.However,the question of how incumbents build capability to make strategic renewal has not been well answered.Based on the qualitative meta analysis of 24 cases,it identified two types of capabilities driving the strategic renewal of incumbent enterprises:dynamic capabilities and operational capabilities.The former emphasizes the reconstruction and dynamism of capability,while the latter emphasizes the maintenance and stability of capability.In addition,it explored the formation mechanism and process of capability from the aspects of its constituent elements and sources,and analyzed the constituents behind different types of capabilities.
