摘要
近年来,随着数字化技术和工程制造技术的发展,三维打印已经成功地应用于各个医疗领域,在口腔正畸领域的应用包括咬合模型,个性化托槽、间接粘结托盘和种植体手术导板等,而广泛的正畸临床的应用带来教学变革的迫切需求,三维打印模型不仅方便了临床的教学和训练,也为面向数字化的口腔正畸教学提出了新的挑战。该文涵盖了3D打印技术以及相关的正畸临床应用的进展,以及对于教学领域的思考和展望,旨在将临床需求与教学训练更好的结合。
In recent years,with the development of digital technology and engineering manufacturing technology,3D printing has been successfully used in various medical fields.Applications in the field of orthodontics include occlusion models,personalized brackets,indirect bonding trays and implant surgical guide plates.However,the extensive application of 3D printing in orthodontics clinical practice has brought about an urgent need for teaching reform.The three-dimensional printing model not only facilitates clinical teaching and training,but also presents new challenges for digital orthodontics teaching.This article covers the progress of 3D printing technology and related orthodontic clinical applications,as well as reflections and prospects in the field of teaching,aiming to better integrate clinical needs with teaching and training.
