摘要 高新技术企业人才逐渐成为高新企业争夺市场优势地位的核心力量,如何留住人才成为企业越来越关心的问题。文章主要通过对高新技术企业人才流失现状及其对企业产生的风险进行分析,从主动流失和被动流失两方面论述企业员工流失原因,并从战略上重视,提出完善企业人才体系、创新管理模式以及营造良好企业文化环境等对策建议,以期促进高新技术企业高效管理和可持续发展,为实践工作提供参考。 The talents of high-tech enterprises have gradually become the core force for high-tech enterprises tocompete for the dominant position in the market. How to retain talents has become more and more concerned byenterprises. Based on the analysis of the current situation of brain drain in high-tech enterprises and the risks to theenterprises, this paper discusses the reasons for the loss of employees from two aspects of active loss and passive loss,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the enterprise talent system, innovate the managementmode and create a good corporate culture environment, so as to promote the efficient management and sustainabledevelopment of high-tech enterprises and provide reference for practical work.
