摘要
目的探讨罗伊适应护理模式对消化道出血患者健康知识评分、舒适度及SCL-90评分的影响,分析罗伊适应护理模式在消化道出血护理中的可行性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月在深圳市罗湖区人民医院春风院区消化科住院治疗且符合入选标准的消化道出血患者126例为研究对象,随机分为罗伊适应护理组及对照组,每组各63例;对照组实施常规护理,罗伊适应护理组在对照组的基础上联合罗伊适应护理模式;对两组患者健康知识评分、舒适度及SCL-90评分进行比较与分析。结果罗伊适应护理组健康知识评分、舒适度评分明显较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的各SCL-90评分均较护理前明显下降,其中罗伊适应护理组的躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧评分明显较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗伊适应护理模式可提高消化道出血患者的健康知识评分,降低SCL-90评分,改善其舒适度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the impacts of Roy adaptation nursing mode on health knowledge score,comfort level and SCL-90 score of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and to analyze the feasibility of Roy adaptation nursing mode in gastrointestinal hemorrhage nursing.Methods A total of 126 patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were hospitalized in the department of gastroenterology of Chunfeng Branch,Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the Roy adaptation nursing group(n=63)and the control group(n=63).The control group was implemented conventional nursing,while the Roy adaptation nursing group was combined with Roy adaptation nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The health knowledge scores,comfort degrees and SCL-90 scores were compared and analyzed between the two groups of patients.Results The health knowledge scores and comfort degrees in the Roy adaptation nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After nursing,the SCL-90 scores in both groups of patie nts were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the scores of somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety and fear in the Roy adaptation nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Roy adaptation nursing mode can increase the health knowledge score of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage,reduce SCL-90 score and improve their comfort degrees,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
