摘要
为了解决小区供水管网的老化、管材的不匹配,以及二次供水设施运行风险等问题,全国各地纷纷实施了优质饮用水改造工程及二次供水设施改造工程。面对两项工程结合开展不同步带来的诸多问题,以深圳市罗湖区为例,详细介绍优质饮用水工程结合二次供水改造工程的创新手段,通过在优质饮用水入户工程中预留分区阀门、屋顶水箱增加旁通管等措施,在二次供水改造工程进场时可自由实现分区切换,新增及废弃工程量大大减小,可为其他城市相关改造提供参考。
To solve the problems of the water supply pipes aging and the pipe materials mismatch in the community,and the operation risk of the secondary water supply facilities,high quality household drinking water project and secondary water supply reconstruction project are implementing in many Chinese cities. Faced with problems caused by the time inconsistency of the two projects,we discussed the concrete innovative means of two projects in Luohu district,Shenzhen in detail. By reserving partition valves and adding bypass pipes to attic tank in the high quality household drinking water project,the partition switch could be carried out freely when the secondary water supply reconstruction project start construction,and the amount of new and abandoned projects could be reduced greatly,which would provide guidelines for water supply reconstruction projects in other relevant cities.
