维生素D与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素,是固醇类衍生物。在过去人们经常了解到其在骨骼肌系统和钙/磷稳态中发挥着主要的作用,近年来,各国学者对维生素D及其受体在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)发病中的作用进行了广泛的研究。本文通过检索2010—2019年Web of science、PubMed、Cochrane和中国知网等数据库关于维生素D及维生素受体在甲状腺疾病中的相关出版物,旨在阐述维生素D在AITD中可能的作用。结果表明,补充维生素D在AITD的治疗过程中有协助作用,然而其相关作用机制并未完全明确,维生素D在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病中治疗的有效性及安全性仍需要后续相关研究来明确。 Vitamin D is a fat-soluble sterol derivative.In the past,VD is often known to play a major role in skeletal muscle system and calcium/phosphorus homeostasis.In recent years,extensive studies have been conducted by scholars worldwide on the role of VD and its receptors in the pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD).The purpose of this paper is to explore the possible role of VD in AITD by searching the relevant publications of VD and its receptors in thyroid diseases in Web of science,PubMed,Cochrane and China National Knowledge Internet from 2010 to 2019.It was indicated that VD supplementation can help to treat AITD,but its mechanism remains unclear.The efficacy and safety of VD in the treatment of AITD still ne ed to be confirmed by follow-up studies.
