摘要
对脱胶及精细化加工后的棕榈叶纤维进行针刺非织造工艺研究与性能测试,通过正交试验探讨了针刺深度、密度和道数对非织造布材料纵向断裂强力和纵向撕破强力的影响;同时测试了该非织造布材料的厚度、面密度及平均孔径。最佳针刺工艺参数为:针刺深度12 mm,针刺密度250刺/cm^(2),针刺道数5道。在此工艺参数下,棕榈叶针刺非织造布的纵向断裂强力为29.8 N,纵向撕破强力为26.9 N,厚度为2.72 mm,面密度为141.33 g/m^(2),平均孔径为90.9μm。试验结论可为棕榈叶纤维后续产品开发及应用提供一定参考。
The needle punched nonwovens of degummed and refined palm leaf fibers are studied and tested.The effects of needle punched depth,density and number of passes on the longitudinal breaking strength and tearing strength are discussed by orthogonal tests.The thickness,surface density and average pore diameter of the nonwovens are also tested.The optimum acupuncture process parameters are as follows:the depth of acupuncture is 12 mm,the density of acupuncture is 250 punch/cm^(2),and the number of acupuncture channels is 5.Under these parameters,the longitudinal breaking strength and tear strength of palm leaf needled non-woven is 29.8 N and 26.9 N respectively.The thickness is 2.72 mm,the surface density is 141.33 g/m^(2),and the average pore diameter is 90.9μm,which can provide a reference for the development and application of palm leaf fiber.
