一种碳纤维埚帮自动成型机的关键技术研究

摘要 本文主要针对埚帮常见故障类型分析其产生原因。随后分析碳/碳复合材料针刺工艺参数对埚帮保温性能、强度、耐烧蚀性及使用寿命的影响,主要对2D炭布和网胎层叠结构采用针刺方法制备碳/碳复合材料整体埚帮,提高埚帮保温性能及使用寿命,并可以实现对薄弱埚托的重点加固,设计一台新型连续埚帮成型装置。解决目前手工针刺制造埚帮的现状,提高埚帮生产效率及产品品质,解决行业迫切需求。 This paper mainly analyzes the causes of common fault types of gangs.Subsequently,the effects of carbon/carbon composite acupuncture parameters on the insulation performance,strength,ablation resistance and service life of the gang were analyzed.The carbon/carbon composites were prepared by acupuncture method for 2D carbon cloth and mesh tire laminate structure.The gang helps to improve the insulation performance and service life of the scorpion,and can realize the key reinforcement of the weak chin rest,and design a new continuous gang forming device.Solve the current situation of manual acupuncture manufacturing gangs,improve the production efficiency and product quality of gangs,and solve the urgent needs of the industry.
