摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液联合当归补血汤对急性心肌梗死患者心室重构及心功能的影响。方法选取2017年10月—2019年10月在本院治疗的78例急性心肌梗死患者,按照年龄、性别组间具有可比性原则,将其分为对照组(39例)与观察组(39例)。对照组予以丹红注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上加用当归补血汤。比较2组临床疗效、心室重构和心功能。结果观察组总有效率94.87%(37/39)高于照组76.92%(30/39)(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组心室重构指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组LVMI高于对照组,LVPWT、IVST比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组心功能指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论针对急性心肌梗死患者采用丹红注射液联合当归补血汤治疗,有利于改善心室重构和心功能,提高治疗效果,值得广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection combined with Danggui Buxue decoction on the ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 78 patients with AMI treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases)according to the principle of comparability between age and gender groups.The control group was treated with Danhong injection,and the observation group was treated with Danggui Buxue decoction.The clinical effect,ventricular remodeling and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%(37/39),which was higher than 76.92%(30/39)of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ventricular remodeling between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LVMI of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while LVPWT and IVST were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with Danggui Buxue decoction can improve the ventricular remodeling and cardiac function,and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of wide application.
