摘要
师生关系是高等学校中最基本的人际关系。当前我国高等学校师生关系赖以存在的基础和环境正在发生着深刻的变革。当前我国高等学校师生关系呈现的特征,既有其内在的规定性,又有其"时代特点"和"文化特色"。高等学校师生关系具有复杂性、多维性、情境性和发展性特点。建立健全师生关系治理体系,统筹协调推进师生关系建设,加强师生关系问题的源头治理,抓住关键环节培育适应时代发展要求的新型高等学校师生关系,已经成为我国高等教育实现高质量发展的迫切需要。
The teacher-student relationship is the most fundamental interpersonal relationship in higher education institutions,and its foundation and environment are undergoing profound changes. At present,the relationship presents its intrinsic nature,and its contemporary and cultural features in China,thus becoming a significant area in the promotion of the modernization of both the governance system and the capacity for governance in education. To cater to the urgent demands for the high-quality development of China’s higher education,we need to have a correct understanding of the complex, multi-dimensional, contextualized and developmental teacher-student relationship in higher education institutions,highlight the building of a good teacher-student relationship,consummate the governance mechanism for the teacher-student relationship,make an overall plan for the promotion of teacher-student interactions,strengthen the management of the teacher-student relationship at its source,and cultivate a new teacher-student relationship to meet the needs of the times.
