摘要 "五四运动"至新中国成立前师生关系的改革与发展为探索和建立新型的师生关系积累了宝贵的经验;新中国成立至"文革"前,师生关系的讨论主要是总结经验,克服教育界多年来"左倾"或"右倾"思想的干扰,努力构建社会主义新型师生关系;"文革"十年,师生之间的民主平等关系遭到了罕见的扭曲,这一段历史教训是需要记取的; 20世纪70年代末到90年代初,师生关系的讨论带有浓厚的学术研究色彩,出现了百家争鸣的局面,达到了前所未有的理论深度; 20世纪90年代末至今,社会环境的变化对师生关系提出了前所未有的挑战。因此,我们要以开放的思想研究新时代的师生关系。在研究方法上,既要有理论思辨也要有实证研究。师生关系问题不是一个孤立的问题,它与教育改革中的其他问题紧密相连。尊师重教的前提是"师德为先",教师和学生的关系应是平等、民主、和谐的关系。无论哪个时代,教学相长的基础是平等,学生尊重老师,老师爱护学生。 The reform and development of teacher - student relationship from the May 4th Movement to the founding of New China has accumulated valuable experiences for exploring and establishing a new type of teacher - student relationship. From the founding of New China to the Cultural Revolution, the discussion of teacher - student relationship mainly focused on summing up experiences, overcoming the interference of “left - leaning” or “right - leaning” ideas in the educational circles for many years, and striving to build a new socialist teacher - student relationship. The democratic and equal relationship between the teachers and students has been distorted during the ten years’ Cultural Revolution, and the historical lesson needs to be remembered. From the end of 1970s to the beginning of 1990s, the discussion of teacher - student relationship had a strong academic research color, and a hundred schools of thought contended with each other, reaching an unprecedented theoretical depth. Since the end of 1990s, changes in social environment have put forward unprecedented challenges in the teacher - student relationship. Therefore, an open mind has to be used in the study of the teacher - student relationship in the new era. In research methods, there should be both theoretical speculation and empirical research. The problem of teacher - student relationship is not an isolated one, and it is closely linked with other problems in the educational reform. The premise of respecting teachers and education is “teachers’ morality being the first”, and the relationship between the teachers and students should be equal, democratic and harmonious. No matter what era it is, the basis of teaching is the equality, students being respecting teachers and teachers being loving students.
