摘要
长株潭城市群经济规模在湖南省所占比例越来越大,是为推动中部崛起而重点发展的城市群之一,并逐渐成为推动社会发展的重要引擎。同时,长株潭城市群也存在发展速度减缓、产业趋同存在和资源配置效率低等严重阻碍其持续健康发展的问题。未来长株潭城市群要实现高质量发展必须要提升自主创新能力、推动科技成果产业化、加强政策规划引领、推动公共服务平台建设,促进资源要素融合、构建一体化发展机制。
The economy scale in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is increasing in Hunan province,which is one of the urban agglomerations that focus on promoting the rise of central China,and has gradually become an important engine to promote economy and social development.However,at the same time,there are also some problems,such as slow progress,industrial convergence,low efficiency of resource allocation,that seriously hinder the sustainable and healthy development of the Changzhutan urban agglomeration.In order to achieve high-quality development,in the future Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration must enhance the ability of independent innovation,promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,strengthen the guidance of policy planning,accelerate the construction of public service platform,facilitate the integration of resources and elements,and build integrated development mechanism.
