摘要
当今世界,科技革命与产业变革迅猛发展。充分发挥科技第一生产力、创新第一动力作用,加快推动创新链与产业链深度融合,是我国应对全球产业链和供应链重构的重要举措,也是我国提升产业能级、实现经济高质量发展的关键举措。本文首先对创新链与产业链的概念内涵、结构特征以及双链在社会生产中的位置与逻辑关系进行分析。在此基础上,进一步探讨影响创新链与产业链双向融合的内因和外因,从战略层面、结构层面和演化发展层面对创新链与产业链双向融合机制进行深入考察。最后,提出双链融合的基本路径:充分发挥政府引导作用,推动创新链与产业链深度融合;围绕创新链布局产业链,构建新型产业分工体系;围绕产业链部署创新链,促进产学研协同创新;构建多链融合良好社会创新生态,实现科技、产业、金融良性循环。
In today’s world,scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform are developing rapidly,and scientific and technological innovation plays an increasingly prominent role in industrial development,upgrading and remodeling.Promoting the deep integration of the innovation chain and industry chain is conducive to giving full play to the role of science and technology as the first productive force and innovation as the first driving force.It is an important measure for China to cope with the restructuring of the global industrial chain and supply chain,and also a key measure for China to improve the industrial level and achieve high-quality economic development.The research purpose of this article is to further promote the deep integration of the innovation chain and industry chain through the research on the two-way integration mechanism and integration path of the innovation chain and industry chain,constantly improve China’s industrial value level and position in the international division of labor system,and help China’s economy achieve high-quality development.The article mainly adopts the qualitative analysis method,combines theoretical analysis with empirical research,analyzes the chain structure of innovation chain and industrial chain,their position in social production,the logical relationship between them,and integration mechanism from multiple perspectives.On this basis,the article further discusses the path of two-way integration of innovation chain and industrial chain.The first part of the article mainly analyzes the concept connotation and logical relationship of the innovation chain and industry chain.Firstly,it summarizes the concept connotation of innovation chain and industrial chain.Secondly,it analyzes the structural characteristics of the innovation chain and industry chain.According to the different dominant subjects of innovation activities,the paper distinguishes the chain structure of three different types of innovation chains and their relationship with the industrial cha
