摘要
近年来,我国肝细胞癌(肝癌)确诊病例在不断增多,其中以中晚期肝癌最为常见,部分患者已错过最佳手术时间。为提高肝癌治愈率,降低死亡率,联合肝脏离断和门静脉结扎的分阶段切除术(ALPPS)逐渐应用于肝癌的治疗中。本文主要针对ALPPS治疗肝癌的应用进展进行阐述。
In recent years,the number of confirmed cases of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in China has been increasing,among which the most common is advanced liver cancer,and some patients have missed the best operation time.In order to improve the cure rate and reduce the mortality rate of liver cancer,staged hepatectomy combined with portal vein ligation(ALPPS)has been gradually applied in the treatment of liver cancer.This paper reviews the application progress of ALPPS in the treatment of liver cancer.
