摘要
目的研究分析ERAS理念下的术后管理在肝癌肝切除术后护理及对患者VAS评分的影响。方法选择2018年4月至2019年10月间接受肝切除术的肝癌患者40例,将选取患者平均为两组,给予其中一组患者ERAS理念下的术后管理并划分为观察组,余下一组患者则接受常规术后护理,将其划分为对照组,对比两组患者住院时间、住院费用、疼痛评分以及术后并发症情况。结果对比发现观察组患者的住院时间、住院费用明显少于对照组,两组患者的VAS评分比较观察组也明显较低(P<0.05),统计术后两组患者出现不良病症的情况无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论ERAS理念下对肝切除术后的肝癌患者进行护理可以显著缩短住院时间,减轻术后疼痛感,且不会引发术后并发症,安全性得到了保障,综合应用价值显著。
Objective To study and analyze effect of postoperative management under ERAS concept on liver cancer nursing after hepatectomy and VAS scores.Methods We chose 40 cases of liver cancer patients with hepatectomy from April 2018 to October 2019.Divided them into two groups,observation groups was treated with postoperative management under ERAS concept,and control group with routine postoperative nursing.Compare length of stay,hospitalization costs,pain scores,and postoperative complications between two groups.Results Showed that length of stay and hospitalization expenses of observation group were significantly lower than control group.VAS scores in observation group were significantly lower,(P<0.05),difference of postoperative adverse symptoms was not significant between two groups.(P>0.05).Conclusion Under ERAS concept can significantly shorten hospital stay,reduce postoperative pain of liver cancer patients after hepatectomy during nursing care,may not cause postoperative complications,with safety guaranteed,and significant comprehensive application value.
