基于语料库的大学英语写作命题考察

摘要 收集到2018-2019年间具有明确主题的校本写作命题343个并建成对应命题语料库,同时建成1992-2019二十七年间CET-4、CET-6以及TEM-4写作命题语料库作为参照,利用wordsmith 7.0,根据体裁、题材等进行归类、分析,发现校本写作训练命题在题材上强调本阶段学习者身份和学习认知、与课文的关联,在效度上显露出“反进化”迹象,命题形式上存在单一化倾向。据此,建议大学英语写作训练命题要以培养学生批判性思维能力为主线,增加基于新材料的阅读性写作命题,提升写作命题的梯度,丰富写作命题形式。 The 343 titles of the compositions assigned to students of Anqing Normal University between 2018 and 2019 are collected,categorized and analyzed according to their genres,themes and validity via Wordsmith 7.0.They show very distinct tendencies and features in comparison to the writing tests in CET-4,CET-6,TEM-4 conducted between the years of 1992 and 2019.The topics tend to emphasize the students’current status and study,showing teachers’efforts to associate writing training with their teaching content,and displaying certain presence of“counter-evolution”.Therefore,it is proposed that the themes and sources of writing training should be enriched,“counter-evolution”phenomenon in title assignment be averted and critical thinking be strengthened with the purposeful use of more challenging reading materials,and the testing forms of writing be varied.
