摘要
加拿大安大略省小学社会科课程由社会研究、历史和地理三部分组成,新修订的小学《安大略省课程:社会研究1-6年级;历史与地理7-8年级(2018修订版)》具有以培养公民素养为纲领,逐级分解的课程目标;以公民教育框架为核心,本土根基与国际视野并重的课程内容;聚焦学科思维概念和大概念的课程组织以及以关注过程激发潜力为指引,指向学生成长的课程评价等特点。据此提出相应的启示:建立结构清晰,与内容衔接的目标体系,强化课程体系的连贯性;聚焦学科思维概念和大概念组织课程内容,注重课程组织的统整性;提供有针对性的教法、学法说明,提升课程转化的一致性;构建层次分明,水平清晰的评价体系,增强课程评价的实效性,以期为我国社会科课程标准的修订提供参考与借鉴。
The social science curriculum of Ontario primary school in Canada consists of three parts:social studies,history and geography.“The Ontario Curriculum:Social Studies,Grade 1 to 6;History and Geography,Grade 7 and 8(2018 revised)”has the curriculum objectives orienting to the development of civic literacy and taking the vision down to every level,the curriculum content of local evolution and international vision as the focus,and the concepts of discipline thinking.And the characteristics of curriculum organization of big concept and curriculum evaluation focus on the process of stimulating potential and point to the growth of students.Based on this,the corresponding enlightenment is proposed:to establish a clear structure and a goal system that is connected to the content,strengthen the coherence of the curriculum system,focus on the concepts of discipline thinking and big ideas to organize the curriculum content,pay attention to the integration of curriculum organization,provide targeted teaching methods and learning methods to improve the consistency of curriculum transformation,build a clear-level evaluation system and enhance the effectiveness of curriculum evaluation in order to provide reference for the revision of social science curriculum standards in China.
