摘要
当前院局合作模式蓬勃开展,但在实践应用和理论探究方面仍然存在缺失,即忽略对培育目标的思考。高校教育的目标关键在于育人,而院局合作则更侧重学生综合能力提升。没有明确目标的合作教育终会流于形式,且无法取得长久实效。开展对院局合作模式中警务人才能力培养的探讨是院局合作继续走向成熟,实现人才强警和人才强国的题中之意。关键在厘清警务人才为何需要培养能力、应当培养什么能力以及如何培养能力三个方面。
At present,although the cooperation mode between the academy and the bureau has developed,there are still some deficiencies in practice and theory,that is,the consideration of training objectives is neglected.The aim of higher education is to educate people,and the cooperation between colleges and bureaus can improve students’comprehensive ability.Cooperative education cannot achieve results without clear objectives.Therefore,the research on the training of police talents in this mode is conducive to the development of cooperation,and to the realization of strengthening the police with talents and strengthening the country with talents.The key is to clarify why police talents need to cultivate their abilities,what abilities they should cultivate and how to cultivate their abilities.
