摘要 以偏高岭土为基料,水玻璃为碱激发剂,与EVA乳液进行复合,再加入填料、助剂等,通过搅拌制备偏高岭土地聚合物复合涂料。研究了不同的粉液比、填料和助剂等种类及其掺量对涂层力学性能的影响。结果表明:在粉液比为0.6,磷石膏掺量为8.26%,减水剂掺量为0.7%,偶联剂掺量为0.2%条件下,涂层的力学性能最佳。 Metakaolin Polymer Coating was prepared by mixing Metakaolin with Eva Emulsion,water glass as Alkali activator,with fillers and additives,etc.added,the effects of powder-liquid ratio,fillers and additives on the mechanical properties of the coatings were studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of the coating are the best when the powder-to-liquid ratio is 0.6,the content of phosphogypsum is 8.26%,the content of water reducer is 0.7%,and the content of coupling agent is 0.2%.
