摘要
通过对聚合物乳液、流变助剂、防霉防腐剂及其他助剂的考察筛选,选用环保纯丙乳液∶环保VAE乳液∶无皂有机硅橡胶乳液=7∶2∶1的复配聚合物乳液、复配流变助剂和以二氧化钛为载体的银离子防霉防腐剂制得了一种低VOC环保建筑防水涂料,该涂料具有VOC含量低、弹性好、流变性能佳、防腐抗霉变效果好等优点。
Through selecting of polymer emulsion, rheological additives, mildew preservatives and other additives, environmental friendly building waterproofing coating with low VOC content is prepared by compounded polymer emulsion （environmental friendly pure acrylic, VAE and soap-free silicone rubber emulsion with mass ratio of 7：2：1）, compounded theological additives and silver ion mildew preservative based on TiO2. The coating has advantages such as low VOC content, good elasticity, good rheological and good anti-corrosion mildew effect.
