摘要
为综合评价遵义线椒品种的农艺性状与产量的关系,采用随机区组设计,对14份线椒品种的主茎高、单果干质量等8个重要农艺性状进行了评价与分析。结果发现,8个农艺性状均包含变异,其中单株干质量和单果干质量等性状的变异较大,主茎高、有效分支、单株果数等性状变异较小;相关性分析认为开展度与始花节位、主茎直径和有效分枝呈极显著正相关,与单株干质量呈极显著负相关;主茎高与主茎直径呈极显著负相关;单株果数与单果干质量呈极显著负相关;始花节位与单果干质量呈显著负相关,与主茎直径和有效分枝呈极显著正相关;利用通径分析证实7种农艺性状对线辣椒产量的影响不一,单株果数(-1.0721)>单株干质量(-1.0354)>开展度(-0.5810)>始花节位(-0.5269)>主茎直径(0.4423)>有效分枝(0.3997)>主茎高(0.0826);应用主成分分析得到影响产量的3个主成分(累计贡献率为89.61%),其中以株型因子贡献率最高,为49.66%;利用聚类分析的方法将14个线辣椒品种在遗传距离15处分为高产量、中产量和低产量3种类型。综上分析得出结论:干鲜七寸红、纤金红辣椒和干椒3号属于产量综合性状表现优异的辣椒品种。
To comprehensively evaluate the relationships between agronomic traits and yields,a total of 14 local line pepper cultivars were selected and planted with the randomized block design.Eight important agronomical traits were measured and analyzed.The results showed the variations of dry weight per plant and dry weight per fruit were the largest,and the variations of main stem height,effective branches,and number of fruits per plant were the smallest. Stretching degree exhibited significantly positive correlation with node position of initialflower, diameter of main stem, and effective branches, and significantly negative correlation with dry weight perplant, respectively. The height of main stem showed significantly negative correlation with the diameter of mainstem. Significantly negative correlation was observed between number of fruits per plant and dry weight per fruit.The node of initial flower negatively correlated with the dry weight per fruit, and positively correlated with thediameter of main stem and effective branches, respectively. The path analysis showed the effects of the other traitson the dry weight per fruit were as follows: number of fruits per plant (-1.0721) > dry weight per plant (-1.0354)> stretching degree (-0.5810) > node position of initial flower (-0.5269) > diameter of main stem (0.4423) >effective branch (0.3997) > height of main stem (0.0826). The principal component analysis was used to simplifythe 8 agronomic traits into 3 principal components, with a cumulative contribution rate of 89.61%. Among which,the contribution rate of plant type factor was the highest, which was 49.66%. Euclidean distance cluster analysiswas applied to divide 14 line pepper cultivars into three types at the genetic distance of 15, which were high yield,medium yield, and low yield, respectively. Taken together, Ganxianqicun, Xianjinhongjiao, and Ganjiao 3 werethe cultivars with excellent comprehensive performances.
