摘要
本文阐述当前辣椒的5个主要栽培种的分类学特征和当前生产上最为广泛的CapsicumannuumL变种的不同的分类方式。并对南美洲辣椒考古成果和哥伦布将之带回欧洲后,在欧、亚、非洲大陆的传播和发展亦加以描述。
Plant taxonomical characters of five major cultivars within capsicam species, the various classification types of Capsicum annuum L. spreaded most wide in the world are studied in the paper. And spread and development of the capsicum species in Europe, Asia and Africa Continents after 16^th century are also described.
