摘要
介绍了以蔗渣为原料制备生物质颗粒的相关内容,从原料优势、生产工序、产品利润及生产问题解决几个方面进行了讨论,分析总结了蔗渣生物质颗粒从生产到应用的一系列问题,并针对热值和结焦问题提出解决措施,为蔗渣的应用提供了思路。将蔗渣制备成生物质颗粒,不仅能够有效解决蔗渣过剩问题,缓解环境压力,增加糖业的经济效益,同时也可以实现资源区域化协调,对促进当地社会、经济发展和生态环境的改善具有重大意义。
In this paper,the related content of biomass particles prepared from bagasse was introduced,and the advantages of raw materials,production processes,product profits and production problems were discussed.A series of problems from production to application of bagasse biomass particles were analyzed and summarized,solutions for calorific value and agglomerating problems were proposed,which provided ideas for the application of bagasse.The preparation of bagasse into biomass pellets can not only effectively solve the problem of bagasse surplus,relieve environmental pressure,and increase the economic benefits of the sugar industry,but also realize the regional coordination of resources,which is great significance to promote local social and economic development and improve the ecological environment.
