玻/碳纤维混杂复合材料层合板的振动特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了获取玻/碳纤维混杂复合材料层合板的振动特性,以玻/碳纤维混杂复合材料层合板为研究对象,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench分析了夹芯混杂、层间混杂两种混杂方式下的复合材料层合板的振动特性,得到了层合板的混杂类型、铺设厚度、长宽比、铺设角度对玻/碳纤维混杂复合材料层合板固有频率的影响规律。结果表明:夹芯混杂方式的前五阶固有频率高于层间混杂方式;两种混杂方式的前5阶固有频率随着铺设厚度的增加而增大;固有频率随着长宽比的增大而减小,且第四、五阶固有频率随长宽比的变化最为显著;不同的玻璃纤维铺设角度对两种混杂方式下的固有频率影响显著。 To get the vibration characteristics of glass/carbon fiber hybrid composite laminated plates, using glass/carbon fiber hybrid composite laminated plate as the research object, based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench sandwich mixed, mixed layer between two kinds of mixed mode, the vibration characteristics of composite laminated plate got the mixed type of laminated plate, laying thickness, aspect ratio, laying angle of glass/carbon fiber mixed natural frequency of the composite laminated plates are studied. The results show that the first five natural frequencies of sandwich hybrid mode are higher than those of interlayer hybrid mode. The first five natural frequencies of the two hybrid modes increase with the increase of laying thickness. It decreases with the increase of aspect ratio, and the fourth and fifth natural frequencies change most significantly with aspect ratio. Different glass fiber laying angles significantly affect the natural frequencies of the two hybrid modes.
