摘要
针对结构噪声有限元直接优化的非线性和复杂性,利用传统的声固耦合有限元法,结合响应表面法计算结构噪声值,以结构参数为设计变量,建立设计变量与结构噪声值的映射模型,避免了有限元灵敏度分析,提高了优化速度。以封闭箱体的结构噪声优化为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
Because of the nonlinearity and complexity in the direct optimization of structure-born noise using finite element method (FEM) , this paper suggests to use response surface method for the structure-born noise optimization. First of all, strncture-born noise is calculated using traditional struc- ture-acoustic coupling FEM method. Then, using response surface method (RSM) with the structure pa- rameters as the design variables, the mapping models for structure-born noise and structural design varia- bles are established. The proposed method can avoid the finite element sensitivity analysis and raise the optimization speed effectively. Finally, the validity of the method is demonstrated through an example of structure-born noise optimization for a sealed box.
