摘要
试验在蛋鸡日粮中添加混菌发酵饲料等量替代日粮,探究混菌发酵饲料对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。选取2栋圈舍,分别对照组和试验组。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组用4%的混菌发酵饲料替代基础日粮。结果表明,试验组蛋鸡平均日采食量高于对照组(P>0.05);试验组蛋重、产蛋率高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组破蛋率、死淘率以及料蛋比低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组蛋壳厚度及蛋壳质量略高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组经济效益比对照组增加43.25元/d,整个试验期间增加收入1 297.5元。研究表明,蛋鸡日粮中添加混菌发酵饲料可提高蛋鸡采食量,并具有提高产蛋率的趋势,进而提高经济效益。
The mixed-bacterium fermented feed was equivalent replacement diet to the egg-poultry diet to feed the egg poultry, and the effect of mixed-bacterium fermented feed on egg production performance and egg quality was investigated. Two housings for egg and poultry were selected as control group and test group. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the experimental group added 4% mixed bacteria fermented feed on the basis of the basic diet. The results showed that the feed intake of test group was higher than that of control group(P>0.05). The egg weight and egg production rate of test group were higher than those of control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Egg breaking rate, dead panning rate and feed-to-egg ratio of test group were lower than that of control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The eggshell thickness and eggshell quality of test group was slightly higher than that of control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The economic benefit of experimental group increased by RMB 43.25 per day compared with the control group. The income increased by RMB 1 297.5 during the entire test period. The experiment indicated that the addition of mixed bacteria fermented feed to the diet of egg and poultry can significantly increase the feed intake of egg and poultry, has a tendency to increase the egg production rate,and improve the economic benefit.
