摘要
随着我国来华教育事业的不断发展,来华留学生人数持续增长,有力推动了我国高职院校国际化发展。趋同化管理是我国高职院校普遍认同的留学生管理方式,也是培养“知华、友华、爱华”留学生的重要方式。现阶段我国高职院校来华留学生趋同化管理存在入学门槛低、文化差距大、留学生趋同化管理尚未达成共识、国际化水平有待提高等问题。面对现实问题,本文从高职院校留学生入学门槛的提高、留学生培养标准的建立及留学生辅导员队伍建设、高职院校内部趋同化架构的完善等几个方面提出可改进性建议。
With the continuous development of China's education in China,the number of international stu⁃dents coming to China has been increasing,which has effectively promoted the international development of China's higher vocational colleges.Convergence management is a widely accepted management method for in⁃ternational students in China's higher vocational colleges,and it is also an important method for cultivating in⁃ternational students of“China loved,China friendly,China closely”.At the present,the assimilation manage⁃ment of international students in China's higher vocational colleges has such problems as low entry threshold,large cultural gap,as yet no consensus has been reached on assimilation management of international students,and the level of internationalization needs to be improved.Faced with the real problem,This paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement from the following aspects:China's higher vocational colleges should raise the entry threshold,establish training standards for foreign students,strengthen the construction of internation⁃al student counselors team,and improve the internal assimilation framework of higher vocational colleges.
