摘要
传统醛-铝鞣兔皮游离甲醛含量高,而纯铝鞣兔皮存储稳定性差。为解决上述问题,构建了基于铝-锆络合物的兔皮无甲醛鞣制技术。优化了络合物鞣剂配方和鞣制工艺条件,并对比了该铝-锆络合物鞣制兔皮与传统铝鞣和醛-铝鞣兔皮的物性参数。当柠檬酸作为配体,硫酸铝和硫酸锆质量比为4∶6,络合物用量3 g/L,鞣制温度40℃,鞣制时间180 min,提碱pH值4.0时,铝-锆络合物鞣制兔皮的热稳定性和感官性能最佳,物性和存储稳定性明显优于铝鞣兔皮,与醛-铝鞣兔皮相当。
The free formaldehyde content in conventional formaldehyde-aluminum tanned rabbit fur is quite high. Aluminum tanned rabbit fur has poor storage stability. A formaldehyde-free tanning technology for rabbit fur based on aluminum-zirconium complexes was developed to solve the above problems. The aluminum-zirconium complexes formula and the tanning conditions were optimized. The physical properties of rabbit furs tanned by aluminum–zirconium complexes were compared with those of traditional aluminum and formaldehyde-aluminum tanned fur. Based on the hydrothermal stability and organoleptic properties of fur, the optimized aluminum-zirconium complexes formulas is that citric acid is used as the ligand, and the mass ratio of aluminum sulfate to zirconium sulfate is 4∶6. The optimized tanning conditions are concluded as follows: complexes dosage 3 g/L, tanning temperature 40 ℃, tanning time 180 min, and basification pH 4.0. The overall physical properties and storage stability of rabbit fur tanned by aluminum-zirconium complexes are superior to those tanned by aluminum complexes, and are comparable to those tanned by formaldehyde-aluminum.
