摘要
城市燃气设施既是城市的生命线工程,也是传统的城市邻避设施,会对设施周边区域的环境质量等不利影响。论文通过梳理国内外城市的先进经验,结合城市燃气设施功能属性、建筑特征等要点,从破除邻避和实现邻利2个方面提出邻利化对策,以期为城市燃气设施邻利化实践提供参考。
Urban gas facilities are not only the lifeline project of the city, but also belong to the traditional urban nimby facilities, which will produce adverse effects such as environmental quality to the surrounding areas. By sorting out the advanced urban experience at home and abroad and combining the functional attributes and architectural features of urban gas facilities, this paper puts forward countermeasures for neighborhood profit from two aspects, namely, breaking nimby and realizing nimby, so as to provide reference for the practice of neighborhood profit of urban gas facilities.
