摘要
本文以西安市阎良区为例,探析"气化村镇"的措施,指出建设资金的落实和销售气价的疏导是气化工程建设和可持续性的关键,并提出应综合运用政策引导,加大创新技术应用提升安全管控、加强区域合作应对调峰压力、选择重点谨慎推进、规范行业管理避免恶性竞争等建议。
Taking Yanliang District of Xi＇an city as an example, analysis of the ＂gasification village＂ measures, the implementation of the gas price and sales channel and points out that the construction funds is the key gasification project and sustainability, and puts forward comprehensive policy guidance, increase the application of innovative technology to enhance the security and control to strengthen regional cooperation to cope with the peak pressure, choose the key to promote and regulate the industry management carefully to avoid vicious competition and other suggestions.
