摘要
基于对TSG 07—2019、国家法律、法规、安全技术规范和相关标准对质量保证体系运行要求的研究,结合压力容器生产特点和多年的实践经验,研究建立压力容器生产质量保证体系模式化文件的可能,目的是指导并规范压力容器生产单位质量保证体系的建立,从而推动压力容器行业的发展。
Through researching TSG 07—2019,national laws,laws and regulations and related standards’requirements for the quality assurance system,and basing on years of practical experiences and pressure vessel production characteristics,the modeled documents of quality assurance system for pressure vessels was established to guide and standardize the establishment of quality assurance system for pressure vessels so as to promote the development of pressure vessel industry.
