摘要
在对我国区域创新生态系统耗散结构特性及形成过程进行分析的基础上,通过Brusselator模型的科学转译,构建区域创新生态系统耗散结构的判定模型,基于2013-2017年面板统计数据,对我国大陆地区31个省市区域创新生态系统耗散结构进行实证分析,研究发现:我国区域创新生态系统具备形成耗散结构的前提条件;现阶段我国大部分省市区域创新生态系统耗散结构并未形成,但数量在逐年上升,且当某一省市区域创新生态系统在某一年份出现耗散结构后,在接下来的一段周期内会保持耗散结构现象的连续性;我国区域创新生态系统整体有序性程度和整体有序性提升潜力均表现为中部地区>东部地区>西部地区>东北地区;部分经济发达地区并未形成耗散结构。基于以上研究结论,从全面性、灵活性、互动性和协调性四方面对我国区域创新生态系统耗散结构建设提出政策建议。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics and formation process of the dissipative structure of the regional innovation ecosystem in China, through the scientific translation of the Brusselator model, a judgment model of the dissipative structure of the regional innovation ecosystem is constructed. Based on panel data from 2013 to 2017, this paper empirically analyzes the dissipative structure of the regional innovation ecosystem 31 provinces in China's Mainland. The study found: The regional innovation ecosystem in China has the prerequisites for forming a dissipative structure;At this stage, the dissipative structure of the regional innovation ecosystem in most provinces of China has not been formed, but the number is increasing year by year. And when a dissipative structure appears in a regional innovation ecosystem of a province in a certain year, it will maintain the continuity of the dissipative structure phenomenon in the following period. The overall order degree and overall order improvement potential of China’s regional innovation ecosystem are shown in the central region > eastern region > western region > northeast region. Some economically developed regions have not formed a dissipation structure. Based on the above research conclusions, policy recommendations are proposed for the construction of the dissipative structure of China’s regional innovation ecosystem in terms of comprehensiveness, flexibility, interactivity and coordination.
