摘要 随着万物互联概念提出,智慧化实验室模式随之兴起。为提高实验高效性、安全性、数据共享性,利用物联网技术设计并实现实验设备远程监控系统。基于ESP8266WiFi芯片开发物联网网关,网关通过串口和实验设备进行通信,获取设备运行参数。HTTP客服端在网关联网后将获取的设备运行参数上传到服务器,用户可在微信公众号中设置设备运行参数,实时查看设备运行状态。微信监控界面以1s的速度实时更新当前设备运行数据。当实验设备出现故障或实验可能带来安全隐患时,微信及时推送警告信息,提高了实验的安全性。 With the concept of the Internet of everything proposed,the intelligent laboratory model has also emerged.In order to improve the efficiency,security and data sharing of experiments,this paper designs and implements a remote monitoring system of laboratory experimental equipment by using the Internet of things technology.Internet of things gateway is developed based on ESP8266WiFi chip.The gateway communicates with the experimental equipment through the serial port to obtain the operating parameters of the device.After the gateway is connected to the network,the obtained operating parameters of the device are uploaded to the server as an HTTP customer service.Through test and verification,WeChat monitoring interface updates the current equipment operation data in real time at the speed of 1s.When the experimental equipment fails or the experiment may bring safety hazards,WeChat pushes the warning information in time,which improves the safety of the experiment.
