摘要
当前和今后一个时期,我国发展仍然处于重要战略机遇期。金融业要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,建设高标准金融市场体系,助力构建新发展格局,以国内经济的确定性更好应对外部不确定性。要通过构建多层次、广覆盖、有差异的金融体系,进一步优化融资结构。要把实施扩大内需战略与深化金融供给侧结构性改革有机结合起来,以高质量金融供给引领和创造新需求。要健全宏观政策协调机制,完善宏观经济治理,推动有效市场和有为政府更好结合。同时,完善绿色金融体系,构建与国际能源格局调整相适应的金融支持体系。通过高水平开放引进国际金融资源参与"双循环",推动中国经济高质量发展。
At present and for some time to come,China’s development is still in an important period of strategic opportunities.The financial industry should adhere to the guidance of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,build a high-standard financial market system,serve the creation of a new development pattern of "dual circulation",and better handle external uncertainties with the certainty of domestic economy.We should further optimize the financing structure by building a multi-level,wide-ranging and differentiated financial system.We should organically combine the implementation of the strategy of expanding domestic demand with deepening the financial supply-side structural reform,and guide and create new demand with high-quality financial supply.We should improve the macro policy coordination mechanism,improve macroeconomic governance,and better realize both effective market and promising government.At the same time,we should improve the green financial system and build a financial support system suitable for the adjustment of the international energy pattern.Through high-level opening up,international financial resources will be introduced to participate in the "dual circulation" to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.
