摘要
以培养工匠型人才为目标的实践教学模式作为一种新的教学方式出现,强调以学生为本,充分发挥学生的主体性,注重在实践过程中培养学生的创新能力、实践能力以及自我学习的能力。本研究将深入到学生的学习和实践中去,观察不同学生的发展轨迹,从而探索工匠性人才的潜质特征,观察工匠精神的初步形成过程,进而从教学方法、实践教学环节任务设计、学生评价等方面探索出一套适合应用型本科院校的、具有可操作性的工匠型人才发现和培育方法,为具有工匠潜质的学生长远发展提供帮助。
As a new teaching method,the practical teaching mode aiming at training craftsman talents hasemerged,which emphasizes student-oriented,gives full play to students'subjectivity, and pays attention tocultivating students'innovation ability,practical ability and self-learning ability in the process of practice.This study will go deep into the study and practice of students,observe the development track of differentstudents,so as to explore the potential characteristics of craftsman talents and observe the initial formationprocess of craftsman spirit.And then from the teaching methods,practical teaching task design,studentevaluation and other aspects to explore a set of suitable for application-oriented colleges and universities,with operability of craftsman talent discovery and cultivation methods,to provide help for the long-termdevelopment of students with craftsman potential.
